Custom Items
We specialize in original designs utilizing retro styles and artwork. If you see an item you like but are looking for something a little different, we are happy to work with you to see if we can meet that need. Some items may also be available for bulk orders.
Cancellation Policy
There is a no cancellation policy as orders begin processing immediately.
Processing and Shipping Times for Physical Items
All items are made to order and the processing time is approximately 2-7 business days before shipping. Items may be sent in multiple shipments. Orders will be shipped and delivered to the address provided on your order invoice. Buyer is fully responsible if incorrect and/or insufficient shipping address is provided on the invoice.
Standard shipping times are as follows: United States 2-5 business days; Canada 10-30 business days; International 10-30 business days.
Returns
Returns are only acceptable in the case of a misprint or damaged item. Return items must be approved by AriesCat. If there is an issue with your item please message us immediately. Please note colors may vary slightly from those pictured due to your screen settings, the printing process, and materials used.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Fabric Items
Please note that colors may vary slightly from those pictured due to your monitor/screen settings, the printing process, and material used on items printed on fabric.
Table Runner Care Instructions: Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), gentle cycle, mild detergent; Do not bleach; Line dry.
Cloth Napkin Care Instructions: Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), gentle cycle; Do not bleach; Tumble dry: low heat; Do not iron; Do not dryclean.
Care Instructions for Enamel Mugs
Our enamel mugs are metal with an enamel layer and sublimation coating. They are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand-wash only. Do NOT heat liquids or food directly in the mug as it can damage the coating.
